At Bald Peak, we bring performance bike service to you!* From your home to the workplace, from the road to the trailhead, our fully equipped mobile shop and certified Level 2 Technician will meet you there, ready to handle anything from tune-ups and assemblies to upgrades and repairs. Skip the hassle and wait time of hauling your bike to a shop and enjoy on-the-spot, expert service with same-day turnarounds, so you can get back to your adventure!
*A $20 Mobile Service Dispatch Fee applies to orders under $200, collected upon arrival. Cities serviced for this fee include: Augusta, Hallowell, Gardiner, Farmingdale, Waterville, Oakland, Winslow, Fairfield, Shawmut, Benton, Clinton, China, Skowhegan, and Norridgewock. For locations outside this area, a $1/mile rate applies. Both fees automatically waived for orders over $200.

Tune-up Packages
For Individual Bikes. Keep your ride in Peak Condition!
Get the essentials covered for your next ride! Includes:
-Brake and Derailleur adjustments and alignment
-Basic wheel true
-Chain cleaning and lubrication
-Frame cleaning
-Rear suspension coil adjustment (If applicable)
-Tire inflation/pressure check (if inner tube needs replacing, $15 upcharge)
-Safety inspection and torque all bolts and fasteners, headset, cranks, and pedals
For frequent riders who need a smoother, more precise ride
All Base Camp Services, plus:
-Full drivetrain deep clean and re-grease
-Precision brake adjustment, for both cable and hydraulic brakes (Includes brake bleed** for hydraulics, and brake pad replacement, if needed for an additional $20 for parts)
-Detailed wheel and rotor true, front and rear
-Air suspension pressure check and adjustment (If applicable)
For bikes that need the works-or riders getting ready for a new season or adventure!
Note: Due to the advanced level of care and service included in the Apex package, your bike will need to be brought back to the Bald Peak workshop. Pick-up and drop off are still included in the price, so you don’t need to worry about transport!

-Complete drivetrain removal, deep clean, and reinstallation
-Bottom bracket, hubs, and headset inspection & adjustment
-Full bike disassembly and deep clean/detailing including for frame, wheels, headset, and components
-Custom fit adjustments (Saddle, bars, and levers)
-Full flush and replacement of hydraulic brake fluid** and suspension fluid
-Cable and housing replacement

Available by the hour or as a full-day package, with discounts for schools and clubs holding a PeakPass contract.
